Converse Cracks After 2 Months (Right Shoe) - Rejected Warranty Claim

After just two months of use, my shoes developed cracks on the left edge of the right shoe. I reached out to the Converse store to schedule an inspection. It was rejected without any explanation. After resubmitting, they simply dismissed it, claiming it was due to the detergent and washing water, even though I had only cleaned it with a damp cloth. Upon requesting another inspection, I was promptly informed that I had a limited number of opportunities remaining. I experienced a sense of powerlessness. After two months, I observed that the sole of the shoe was starting to detach. It's quite disappointing that a brand of this caliber would provide products of such low quality and show no concern in resolving the matter. I need a solution to this problem right away. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
Dear Valued Customer, We would like to express our regret for the negative experience you have had. Necessary investigations will be conducted regarding the notification you have conveyed, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, CONVERSE Customer Service
