The Nike sneakers I bought for my daughter from Antares shopping mall in Turkey 2 months ago were torn. I sent them for inspection and received a report stating that they were not used in accordance with the usage and care instructions. This explanation feels unreasonable to me because my daughter only wore them a few times under normal conditions. I couldn't understand how a pair of sneakers bought two months ago could be treated in accordance with the maintenance and use instructions.
