I bought Converse Run Star Hike Unisex Black Platform Sneaker shoes from the Converse store and within 6 months, both pairs started to wear out from the toe area and I noticed this when I saw that it was cracked from the top. Although the company stated that they provide a 2-year warranty service, they did not find any faults in the product. And they stated that there was no manufacturing problem with the product without returning the product or compensating for the inconvenience in any way, so what could I have done to cause the shoes to become like this, other than wearing them on my feet? If the shoe is not designed to be durable and suitable for standing, the manufacturing is faulty. Did we buy it as a trinket, but it got punctured in 6 months... I want a refund. They checked and sent the shoes back in this condition, as if my toes were at fault :) I've been wearing 2 classic models for 2 years. I regret buying this model. I just condemn it :( zero customer satisfaction principle is sad. I am requesting a refund, I don't think it's right.
The toe of the shoe cracked, durability and material quality are zero :/
