On April 15, I bought a pair of Skechers light-up kids’ shoes from the Skechers store on N11. My daughter didn’t wear them much during the summer, mostly opting for sandals. Altogether, she’s worn them for maybe four months at most. She doesn’t play soccer or spend a lot of time outside—she's only been wearing them regularly to school for the past two months. However, both the right and left sides of the shoes' soles have torn and come apart. I contacted the company, and they asked me to send them back. They returned the shoes, saying it was user error, claiming no production issue. When I bought them, they said there was a 2-year warranty, yet within just a few months, my money went to waste. I even sent pictures. These weren’t cheap. My daughter doesn’t play sports, and she only recently started school. I trusted a brand like Skechers, but this has been a huge disappointment.

They sell it saying there's a guarantee against wasted effort, but then they don't stand behind the product. They claim there is no manufacturing defect. It's a shame. Don't throw your money away. It's not easy to earn.

I bought a pair of light-up girls' shoes from the Skechers N11 store. A few months later, they tore and opened up at the sides. They went in for inspection 3 times, and they didn't even look at them properly. In the end, they said it was user error. Don't buy shoes from this brand for your children. I really think your money goes to waste. You pay a lot of money, and in the end, it's considered user error. I asked when purchasing, and they said there was a 2-year warranty, but the shoes were almost deformed in 2 months for my daughter.

The shoes have been requested for re-evaluation and will be sent to the brand.

They asked to inspect the shoes 2 more times, and finally, they were sent back with a note stating that the opening and tearing were not related to production. It's a waste of time and effort; it's best to stay away from this brand.
