Converse Shoe Developed Side Separation During Normal Use
On April 25, 2025, I purchased a pair of Converse shoes from SuperStep for my daughter. The shoes were used only under normal daily conditions, yet within a relatively short period, the sides of the shoes began to separate. I do not consider such significant damage within a year to be normal wear and tear, and I believe it may be the result of a manufacturing defect.
In the past, we purchased Converse shoes from outside Türkiye and wore them for many years. We only stopped using those pairs because they no longer fit, and we never experienced this type of separation or structural failure. The fact that this pair, purchased in Türkiye, developed such serious damage in a much shorter time has been both disappointing and has significantly reduced my confidence in the brand.
I respectfully request that the shoes be inspected to determine whether they are defective. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, I ask that they be repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty or defective product policy. I would also appreciate clear instructions regarding where and how I should send the shoes for inspection, as well as prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
