On April 3, 2025, I purchased a pair of sneakers from Stradivarius, paying 1,700₺. Despite wearing them only a few times, I noticed severe separation along the sides of both shoes. If this issue had been limited to one shoe, I might have overlooked it, but both the right and left shoes have detached at the sides, making them completely unwearable.
In my entire life, I have never encountered such poor quality. Even shoes purchased from local markets tend to last at least a year before showing any signs of wear. I expected much better durability from a global fashion brand like Stradivarius, especially at this price point.
This defect has caused me significant financial frustration and disappointment. I request an immediate replacement of the defective product or a full refund.
