On March 9, 2025, I bought a pair of New Balance shoes in size 38.5 from the Tema World SuperStep store for ₺5,699. I used them solely for light walking, just as they were meant to be used. However, in just two weeks, I observed noticeable deformation on the upper side panels of the shoes. I returned them to the SuperStep store on March 29, and they were sent off for inspection. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that the claim had been denied because of "user error." I truly can't wrap my head around how such significant damage can happen from just walking in such a brief time frame. It was frustrating to encounter this issue with a product in that price range. I’m requesting a thorough reevaluation and an equitable solution to this matter.
