Lacoste Shoes I Bought From SuperStep Wore Out in 25 Days

On May 15, 2025, I purchased a pair of Lacoste shoes from a SuperStep store. In just 25 days, the sole started to detach, the front part cracked, and the leather began peeling significantly. Such severe wear in such a short time is simply unacceptable. I did not expect to face issues this soon with a brand like Lacoste, which I believed stood for quality. Honestly, it made me feel like I had bought an ordinary, low-quality pair of shoes. Had these issues occurred after six months, I might have attributed them to usage. However, experiencing this level of deterioration in just 25 days clearly indicates a manufacturing or material defect. I am requesting a refund or a one-to-one replacement of the product. If not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue my legal rights to the fullest extent. I also expect brands like SuperStep and Lacoste to be more responsive and solution-oriented in such cases, as this is not only about personal inconvenience but also damages the credibility of the brand.
