Salomon Denied My Warranty Claim for Defective Shoes

On July 18, 2025, I purchased a pair of summer shoes directly from the Salomon Türkiye official website. My order number is Selam6535626552. Even though I wore the shoes no more than 10 times, the sole started separating and nearly came completely off within about two months.
Because this level of damage was highly unusual, I sent the shoes back to Salomon for inspection. Despite what I believe is a clear manufacturing defect affecting the sole, I was informed that there was "no manufacturer defect" and my claim was denied. I strongly disagree with this decision. Shoes that have been worn so few times should not experience this kind of serious sole failure, and I do not believe such damage can reasonably be considered normal wear and tear.
I am requesting that Salomon re-evaluate this case and recognize the sole separation as a manufacturing defect. I would like the company to provide the remedy I originally requested, either a replacement pair or a full refund. I expected better quality and customer support from a brand like Salomon, and I hope this issue will be reviewed fairly so my complaint can be resolved and my loss made right.
