• Restart the game and log out/in, then wait up to 60 minutes for delayed delivery
• Do not repeat the payment to avoid duplicate charges
Contact Codashop support with a clear, final request;
• State that Codapay payment was successful but the in-game items or currency were not delivered
• Provide the order ID, game name, player ID/server, payment method, date, and amount
• Attach proof of payment (receipt, SMS, or bank statement)
Ask them to;
• Trace the Codapay transaction
• Manually credit the missing items or currency
• Refund the payment if delivery cannot be completed
If Codashop says the order was sent to the game;
• Contact the game publisher’s support with the same order details and proof
• Ask them to locate and credit the missing balance
If neither side resolves the issue;
• Save all correspondence and payment proof and file a complaint on Xolvie to report successful Codapay payment with no delivery and seek help recovering or disputing the funds
