I Paid on Codashop for 10,000 FC Points but Didn’t Receive Them

Dear Codashop,

On December 29, 2024, at 11:10 PM, I attempted to purchase 10,000 FC Points through your platform via iyzico/Codashop, paying ₺1999.99. During the transaction, I encountered multiple error messages (403 error codes). On the third attempt, the payment was finally processed and the amount was withdrawn from my account. However, the FC Points were never delivered to my account.

I have full proof of the payment, including the transaction reference code tzjlapkz B002 and a bank receipt confirming the amount charged. Despite the successful payment, I received no product and no confirmation email.

This is completely unacceptable. I request that the issue be resolved immediately—either by crediting the 10,000 FC Points to my account or issuing a full refund of the ₺1999.99 I paid. I expect a prompt and serious response, not delays or silence. Please fix this now and restore my trust in your platform.
