Codashop Charged $13 but Did Not Deliver Mobile Legends Diamonds

Today, I purchased Mobile Legends diamonds worth $13 through Codashop. The payment was charged directly to my card and the transaction was approved, but even after approximately three hours, the diamonds have still not been credited to my account.
I contacted customer support through the website, but I have not received any response. I am dealing with a system that took my payment but did not deliver the product, and I can see that many other users have experienced similar issues.
I request that my issue be resolved urgently, that the diamonds I paid for be credited to my Mobile Legends account, or, if that is not possible, that the $13 payment be refunded to my card.
