I Paid for 1000 Wild Cores in Wild Rift but Got Nothing and My Account Was Restricted

I purchased 1000 Wild Cores for the game Wild Rift and paid ₺190 for the transaction. Although the payment was successfully processed, the purchase never went through and I didn’t receive the Wild Cores. Now my money is gone, and I have nothing to show for it.

To make things worse, I can’t find any trace of the payment in my Riot account, and I’ve received no response to the emails I’ve sent for help. On top of that, my Riot account has now been restricted, adding even more stress to the situation.

I have every piece of proof—payment receipts, screenshots, confirmation details—but PayTR refuses to acknowledge the transaction. I demand immediate action: either deliver the Wild Cores I paid for or refund my ₺190. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved now.
