Mobile Legends Diamonds Missing After Successful Codashop Payment
On December 12, 2025, at around 11:05 a.m., I purchased a diamond package worth $7 for my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account (ID: 394417084 (4050)) through the Codashop website using a bank transfer via VakıfBank. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, and I have the payment receipt. However, when I try to submit the payment notification on the website, I keep receiving an error message, and I cannot complete the process.
Because of this issue, the diamonds I purchased were not credited to my game account. Even though I contacted Codashop support, I have not received any response so far, and my issue remains unresolved.
Since the payment was clearly completed successfully, I am requesting that the diamond package I purchased for $7 be fully and correctly credited to my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account (ID: 394417084 (4050)) as soon as possible.
