I Need Refund or Delivery for Codashop Yalla Ludo Purchase Error

I purchased a 13,000 diamond package for Yalla Ludo through Codashop on 13/04/2026 and paid 92.50 AED with my Visa card. However, during the purchase, I forgot to enter my Yalla Ludo ID before making the payment. My correct Yalla Ludo ID is 1466299315. The payment of 92.50 AED was successfully taken from my Visa card, but I did not receive the 13,000 diamonds in my Yalla Ludo account. I also do not know how to contact Codashop or Yalla Ludo customer service, so I have not been able to solve this problem. I request that my 13,000 diamonds be delivered to my Yalla Ludo account with ID 1466299315, or that my payment of 92.50 AED be refunded to my Visa card.
