Codashop Support Unresponsive After Missing Diamonds

Today, at around 5:30 p.m., I purchased diamonds for the Mobile Legends game through Codashop. I completed the payment via bank transfer (EFT) in the amount of $7, and my in-game account ID is 5491*79 (4235)**. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the diamonds I purchased were never credited to my game account.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted Codashop and the payment provider, but I have not received any response so far. Since the payment was taken but the diamonds were not delivered, I am currently at a loss.

I am requesting that this transaction be reviewed and that my diamonds be credited to my game account as soon as possible, or, if that is not possible, that the amount I paid be refunded to my account.
