Wild Rift Wild Cores Not Delivered After Codashop Purchase
About 24 hours ago, I purchased Wild Rift Wild Cores through Codashop, using my bank card for a total payment of approximately $24. My order number is P175726108321992223819216811. The Riot account username I wanted to load the purchase to is e*, and my in-game ID is XottoM#CCN. However, the purchased Wild Cores have not been added to my account, and no balance has been credited.
I have been unable to contact Codashop customer support, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I paid be refunded if the purchase cannot be completed.
