I Paid for Diamonds on Codashop but Didn’t Receive Them or Any Confirmation

I purchased diamonds worth ₺1562 from the Codashop website to top up my account, but the transaction was never completed properly. Although the payment was successfully taken, I never received the diamonds, and I didn’t even get a confirmation email saying the load was processed.

I have all the necessary proof—payment receipt, transaction details, and screenshots—but still, no diamonds were delivered. I submitted everything they might need, yet no one from Codashop has contacted me. There’s no working customer service, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone for days.

This is completely unacceptable for a company handling large sums of money and digital goods. I demand that Codashop immediately either complete my diamond top-up or refund my ₺1562. Ignoring customers after taking their money is theft—fix this now.
