I Paid on Codashop for 15,000 Gold in Blood Strike MENA but Got Only 10,000

I made a purchase on Codashop for a total of 15,000 gold in the game Blood Strike MENA, using account ID 5688******47. However, only 10,000 gold was delivered to my account—5,000 gold is still missing. The transaction was completed on March 5, 2025, and I was charged a total of ₺4500 through the Yapı Kredi mobile banking app. The payment receipts show the exact timestamps and details.

The site stated that a customer representative would contact me, but no one ever called. I’ve been left completely in the dark and shortchanged. This is unacceptable for any service, especially one that handles large digital purchases.

I demand that Codashop immediately deliver the missing 5,000 gold or refund the portion of my ₺4500 payment that corresponds to it. I have provided all relevant proof and expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay. I'm tired of being ignored—do the right thing.
