I Paid ₺1388 on Codashop for LivU Coins but Didn’t Receive Them in My Account

I purchased ₺1388 worth of coins for the LivU app through Codashop. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, but the coins never appeared in my LivU profile. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I’ve used Codashop many times before without any issues. I don’t understand why this happened now.
I’ve provided all the necessary proof of payment, and yet I haven’t received any product or helpful response. I trusted this platform, and now I’m left with nothing after paying a significant amount of money.
I kindly ask that Codashop immediately resolve this issue by either delivering the missing LivU coins to my account or issuing a full refund of my ₺1388. Please do what’s necessary and stop ignoring loyal customers. Thank you in advance, but I expect real action—not just empty apologies.
