Telegram Account Recovery With Mytel Sim

I had a Mytel prepaid line in Myanmar that I stopped using and did not top up for a long time. Because of this, the operator closed my SIM line about four years ago. I still physically have the SIM card and its PIN number, and this number is linked to my Telegram account, which I would like to access again. Recently I contacted Mytel customer service by phone to ask if my old number could be reactivated or if there was any way to help me recover my Telegram account that is registered to this number. During the call I was informed that it is not possible to reactivate the number, and I was not offered any alternative solution. As far as I remember there was under 1,000 MMK balance on the line when it stopped working, so my main concern is not the remaining credit but the access to my Telegram account. I am requesting that Mytel review my situation and, if technically possible, reactivate my old number, even temporarily, so that I can receive the verification code and log back into my Telegram account. If reactivation is completely impossible, I kindly ask for any official confirmation or assistance that could help me prove ownership of this number to Telegram or otherwise recover my account.
