I Paid ₺3569 for Diamonds on Codashop but Didn’t Receive Them in My Account

Hello, on the 12th of this month, I made a diamond purchase worth ₺3569 through the Codashop website. I completed the payment successfully and submitted the required purchase request. However, Codashop now claims that no payment was received and refuses to deliver the diamonds I paid for.
Despite having clear confirmation from PayTR that my payment went through, Codashop continues to deny it. I have been sending two emails every day since the transaction, yet I have received absolutely no response from their support team. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a platform that handles large sums of money.
I demand that Codashop immediately investigate this issue, confirm my payment, and deliver the diamonds to my account without further delay. If they fail to resolve this, I will pursue a formal complaint through all available legal and consumer channels. Enough is enough—fix this now.
