I Paid ₺1562 for Diamonds on Codashop but Didn’t Receive Them After 2 Days

I purchased diamonds worth ₺1562 from the Codashop website for an in-game top-up, but it has been two full days and I still haven’t received anything. I have my payment receipt, screenshots—every proof you could ask for. Yet, no diamonds have been delivered to my account, and I didn’t even receive a confirmation email stating the transaction was processed.

There’s no proper customer support available. I’ve submitted everything through their system, but no one has responded. I feel completely ignored and cheated out of a significant amount of money.

Codashop must take responsibility for this failed transaction. I expect either the diamonds I paid for to be delivered immediately or a full refund of my ₺1562. Ignoring your paying customers is not acceptable—respond and fix this now.
