ClarityCheck Refund Request For Unused Subscription
I am writing to request a refund and cancellation of my subscription for the Clarity Check service. I was charged again today in the early morning for a monthly subscription of approximately 164 RON, even though I have not used this service for a long time and do not wish to continue paying for it. My subscription was made directly on your website and paid by card. The card is from Raiffeisen Bank, with the last four digits 7936, and the account on Clarity Check is associated with the email address bogdansav***@gmail.com. Since I am no longer using your service, I do not agree to further charges to my card. I have already tried contacting your support, but did not receive any response. I also contacted my bank, which informed me that they cannot help me unless I first obtain a refund approval from you. I kindly request that you cancel my subscription immediately, stop any future charges to my card, and refund the last payment of approximately 164 RON taken today. I would also appreciate a confirmation email to bogdansa****@gmail.com once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
