I Face Unauthorized Auto Renewal Charges from Claritycheck Subscription

I joined the Claritycheck platform only for a trial membership, but without my consent my account was automatically converted into a paid subscription. Shortly after, ₺630 was withdrawn from my bank card. What makes this situation worse is that the automatic charges have continued for about a week, yet I was never informed about an upgrade or recurring billing.

When I checked my account, there was no visible auto-payment instruction and no option in the user panel to cancel or terminate the subscription. I tried several times to reach customer service, but I was unable to connect with anyone, and I received no response or assistance. This has left me completely stuck with ongoing unauthorized deductions.

I am demanding an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the ₺630 taken without my approval. It is unacceptable that users are charged without clear notice, billing transparency, or an accessible way to cancel. Claritycheck must take urgent action to refund my money and ensure that no further payments are taken from my account.
