I Report Claritycheck Unauthorized Subscription Charges After Free Trial

Between July 27–29, I signed up for a trial membership on the Claritycheck platform. For about a month and a half, I never logged in and was unaware that my membership was still active. Despite this, my virtual card was charged ₺636 on August 29 and ₺637 on September 5. My registered email address is v*****@gmail.com**.
After noticing the issue, I contacted customer service, but I have not received any response yet. I have already canceled my membership and now request a full refund of the unauthorized charges. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.
