I started my Claritycheck Premium Package subscription about three months ago. However, since the application provided me with no benefit, I wanted to permanently cancel my account. Claritycheck, however, does not allow me to permanently close my account and continues to withdraw subscription fees from my account every month on different days without my consent. So far, a total of ₺1800 has been taken.
I have repeatedly sent emails in English to request a cancellation and refund, and I also tried reaching them via live support, but I have not received any response to date. My account is registered under the email address b***********@gmail.com**, and the payments are being withdrawn from my Akbank debit card via online banking.
The Premium Package subscription has not provided me with any service, and it was automatically initiated without presenting a cancellation option. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience and frustration. I urgently request that my account be permanently closed and that all amounts withdrawn without my authorization be fully refunded. If necessary, I am prepared to provide bank statements as proof of these payments. I expect a prompt resolution of this issue.
