If you received a ClarityCheck subscription notice that you didn’t request and want to confirm whether it’s active, you can do so as follows:

• Check your confirmation email: Look for messages from ClarityCheck with a subject related to “subscription” or “active plan.”

• Log into your account at claritycheck.net and check the My Subscription section to see if a plan is active. If you don’t remember creating an account, try the “Forgot Password” option to see if your email is registered.

• Check with your bank to see if there is a scheduled recurring charge under the name ClarityCheck. If so, you can request to block or cancel future payments.
