ClarityCheck Refund Request For Unused Subscription

I am writing to request a refund and cancellation of my subscription for the Clarity Check service. I was charged again ...today in the early morning for a monthly subscription of approximately 164 RON, even though I have not used this service for a long time and do not wish to continue paying for it.
