My vehicle is a 2023 model Citroen C4X Shine package with only 10,000 kilometers on it. The door seal has deteriorated and needs replacement. I visited the nearest service center, but they attributed the issue to user error, despite my car being practically brand new and barely used. They claimed the door seal wore out due to friction. User error is excluded from warranty coverage, they said, but this issue has been present since I brought the car in. There are no service centers in our area, so we haven't taken it elsewhere. If we had known, we would have taken it in sooner. I request proper action to be taken.
