Citroen C5 Shine Roof Paint Got Damaged in 6 Months

In my Citroen C5 Shine, released in January 2024, I noticed a paint problem on the roof in June. Although my car is only 6 months old, experiencing such an issue in such a short time has been very disappointing. After the problem appeared, I contacted the authorized Citroen service at Arkas Karşıyaka in İzmir. However, I was told that the issue was due to external factors and considered user error. My car is still under warranty, and I cannot accept such a defect in such a short period. I have also heard of similar complaints from other users, which makes me believe this is a chronic issue. I request that my car be repaired free of charge and that the loss in value I suffered be compensated. For reference, my license plate is 35 CIP450. I expect Citroen to resolve my grievance.
