Citroen C5 Aircross Driver Seat Deformation Issue

I purchased a brand new Citroen C5 Aircross in 2020, and the driver's seat has developed a deformation/tear. My request for repair or replacement was rejected by Citroen customer service, as I was informed by phone on October 17, 2023. According to customer service, the request was denied because they considered it a user error caused by external factors. I was provided with file number 764301.
I believe this deformation is due to a defect in material quality or insufficient testing, as nothing happened to the seat that would cause such damage. I weigh around 75 kg, and no one else uses my vehicle. My car is currently at 42,000 km, and I find it hard to believe that normal use over three years would lead to such wear and tear. I also wonder how Citroen reached this conclusion without conducting any technical examination of the seat.
I request that this seat be examined by an expert to address my grievance. I extended the warranty on my vehicle to 50,000 km (5 years) on May 18, 2022. I expected Citroen to stand behind their product and resolve my issue. Seeing similar complaints on social media forums and the company's dismissive responses rather than providing solutions has reinforced my decision to never use the Citroen brand again.
