I have a 2023 Citroen C4X Shine package car, which is only 7 months old, but something has gotten inside the rear view camera, causing it to show a blurry image. I went to the service center, and they told me they would remove my camera and send it to another place in Istanbul. They said they would act based on the results and that I would have to use my car without a camera, with an empty hole in the bumper, for an unspecified period. As far as I know, in warranty-covered vehicles, the fault is identified, a new part is ordered, and when the part arrives, the faulty part is removed, the new one is installed, and the old one is sent for warranty. I have never seen such a nonsensical application. Are we paying a sack of money for these cars for this? I want my new camera to arrive and be replaced with the old one. This is not how after-sales warranty service should be. If this nonsense is not resolved, I will spread it on every platform, just so you know.
