Citroen C5 Aircross Warranty Refusal - Chrome Peeling on Door Handles
The chrome on the front two door handles of my 2023 Citroen C5 Aircross has started to peel off. Even though my vehicle is still under warranty, I reported this issue about three months ago to the authorized Citroen service center. However, I was verbally informed that the problem was due to user error and would not be covered under warranty. Despite having six months left on my warranty, no written explanation was provided, and no similar issue has occurred on any other part of the vehicle. I firmly believe that the chrome peeling on the door handles is not caused by user error and request that these parts be replaced free of charge under warranty. I want this issue with my vehicle, license plate 03 AHU 319, to be resolved as soon as possible.
