I Paid For Spotify Premium But My Account Still Shows Free Plan
I made a payment for Spotify Premium today through FamPay, but despite the money being successfully deducted, I still have not received access to the premium service.
The amount charged was ₹99, and the payment was processed successfully through FamPay under transaction ID FMPIB5465179464.
However, even after the successful payment, my Spotify account still does not show any active Premium subscription. My account continues to appear as a free account, and I have not received any confirmation or activation related to the Premium plan.
This situation is extremely frustrating because the payment has already been completed from my side, yet the service I paid for has not been delivered.
At this point, I have not yet directly contacted FamPay or Spotify customer support regarding the issue, but I am requesting urgent assistance so this problem can be resolved quickly.
I request that my Spotify Premium subscription be activated immediately based on the payment already made, or that FamPay coordinate with Spotify to ensure the Premium service is properly applied without any additional charges or duplicate payments.
