I am a user of the Superlive Chat application and originally used the service on a Samsung Galaxy A12. About one week ago, my account was suddenly banned for allegedly violating a rule. Along with the account suspension, my device itself was also blocked, and since then I have been unable to access my account or log back in on that phone.
After this happened, I attempted to use Superlive Chat on my Samsung Galaxy A05 and Samsung Galaxy A54 as well. However, I was unable to access my account on these devices either.
I believe that because the email address previously connected to my Superlive Chat account was recognized by the system, these additional devices were also detected and blocked, preventing me from using the application on any of my phones.
I tried contacting Superlive Chat support through the available communication channels, but I never received any response or assistance.
To make matters even more difficult, I no longer remember my Superlive Chat ID or username, and the email address I originally used for the account has since been removed, meaning I no longer have access to it. This has made the recovery process much more complicated for me.
I respectfully request that the device bans affecting my Samsung Galaxy A12, Galaxy A05, and Galaxy A54 be removed and that my Superlive Chat account be reactivated.
At the very least, I ask that Superlive Chat clearly explain which specific rule was allegedly violated and what evidence was used to justify the ban so that I have a fair opportunity to understand the situation and defend myself.
I also kindly request support in recovering access to my account, even if alternative identity verification methods are required.
