Facebook Recovery Fails After Hacker Changes Account Information

My Facebook account with the user ID 6658883971 was hacked, and I have not been able to access it properly since around 2023. The account was originally registered with my old phone number, which is now closed, and after the hacking, the name and other details on the profile were changed without my permission. My old phone number linked to this Facebook ID was 72948745***, but that line is no longer active. I now use a new number, 92345354***, and I want to be able to log in to my old Facebook ID using this new number. Because the old number is closed and the account details were changed by the hacker, I cannot recover the account through the usual methods. I kindly request that my identity and ownership of the Facebook ID 6658883971 be verified and that the phone number on this account be updated to my current number 92345354***, or that another solution be provided so I can regain access to my account that was hacked and modified without my consent.
