My Tiggo 8 Pro Has Rear Tire Wear Due to Camber Issue—Chery Denied Warranty

My Chery Tiggo 8 Pro developed serious mechanical issues due to what appears to be a factory camber misalignment. The inner edges of the rear tires have worn out prematurely, and this has also caused damage to the brake pads and wheel bearings. Despite this clearly being a result of incorrect suspension alignment from the factory, I was told the issue won’t be covered under warranty.

My vehicle is currently sitting at the service center, and instead of providing support, they’re demanding payment for the repairs. Chery Türkiye has been completely unresponsive and has offered no assistance whatsoever.

This is unacceptable. I trusted Chery and bought this car with confidence in the warranty and brand reliability. But now, I’m left with a damaged car and no accountability from the manufacturer. I demand that Chery honor its warranty, take responsibility for this alignment defect, and cover the full cost of repairs immediately.
