Chery Tiggo 8 Avangarde Parts Still Not Replaced After 3 Months

On November 5, 2024, I took my Chery Tiggo 8 Avangarde to the Erzurum Chery Erdemir dealership for its 5,000 km inspection. The routine checks were completed without any issues, but I also reported two specific problems:

Rear taillights turning pink, a known issue in Avangarde models.
Driver’s door misalignment, causing improper closure.
After inspection, I was informed that both the door check strap and taillights would be replaced under warranty. However, it has now been over three months, and I am still waiting for the parts to arrive.

Every time I call for an update, I am redirected to a personal mobile number, where the person always says they are not at their computer but will check and call back—yet I never receive a follow-up. The only explanation I get is that the parts are still being shipped from abroad, with no real timeline.

Why should I wait over three months for something as simple as a door check strap and taillights? What if I had been in an accident—would I be expected to drive my car with a malfunctioning door and missing taillights all this time?

Chery heavily promotes its "huge spare parts warehouse" in influencer marketing, claiming there are no supply issues—but is that actually true?

Chery, take responsibility and provide a real solution immediately! I demand proper customer support and faster parts delivery!
