Ceva's Disappearing Wooden Cabinet and Delivery Dilemma!

I purchased a disassembled wooden cabinet from Trendyol on July 5th, from a seller named "avmpark." It was a struggle, but they finally shipped it via a courier called "Ceva" on July 17th. The tracking page showed that the package arrived in my city on July 20th at 9 AM and was out for delivery. But hours passed, and no sign of the delivery. When I called the courier for a better estimate, they told me they don't give specifics and that they usually call before arriving. However, I just received an SMS saying the package was delivered! But there was no delivery and the link in the SMS showed a different delivery from 2020. On Trendyol's page, it still says the package was delivered to me. When I contacted their customer service, they brushed off the issue, saying not to worry and to wait until tomorrow. If it still doesn't come, then contact them again. I hope the package hasn't gone missing!

Yes, they corrected the error in the system. I believe the delivery personnel were supposed to deliver the product yesterday according to their schedule. When they couldn't deliver it, they marked it as "delivered." They probably thought, "We'll deliver it tomorrow, no one will mind." Anyway, the system is the scapegoat for all the mistakes we make. Whoever makes a mistake or doesn't do their job blames the system. After all, it's not something tangible or visible. No one can be held accountable. Whatever mistake we've made, the system is responsible, sir :) It was said that the cargo would be delivered today. Well, they said the same thing yesterday, but hopefully, we won't encounter a different surprise today. Turkey, the land of surprises. In short, besides condemning Ceva for what they did—they stole my time, kept me busy, and ruined my morale—but since the system is responsible, of course, it's inappropriate to criticize the system, we still thank them for their response. But first and foremost, we thank Şikayetvar. Thank goodness you exist.
