On October 9, 2025, I purchased a furniture item from Trendyol, which was shipped via Ceva with the tracking number UT0136032. Although the system showed “out for delivery” on October 22, 2025, as of today, November 4, 2025, I still haven’t received my package. During this time, I called Ceva customer service twice. In both calls, I was told that “the courier tried to contact you but couldn’t reach you.” However, I never received any calls, and being misinformed about this caused me additional frustration. No solution was offered by customer service either. I have never experienced such a delay before. I request that my product, worth ₺6,286, be delivered to me as soon as possible, completely and without any issues.
