Trendyol Did Not Deliver My Order - Ignored My Request for a Replacement

On April 16, 2025, I purchased a product sold directly by Trendyol, and it was shipped the same day. On April 17, Trendyol Express marked it as out for delivery and sent me the tracking code via SMS. Just one minute later, I received another message saying they couldn’t reach me. I was at home waiting for the delivery. They falsely claimed to have attempted delivery and not found me. When they called, they hung up after just 3 seconds, so I couldn’t even answer. When I called Trendyol Express, they apologized and said it would be delivered the next day. But the following morning, I received the same message again. When I called Trendyol customer service, they told me the item was damaged during shipping. I said I didn’t want a refund and preferred a replacement, but no one followed up. I truly regret shopping with Trendyol.
