UPS Turkey Returned My Cargo To Sender Without My Permission

I am very unhappy with Trendyol's service. I purchased an item with tracking number 1Z885W8Y6800370040 on July 5, 2023. It was given to UPS for delivery on July 6, 2023, by the sender. An attempted delivery was made to my address on July 11, 2023 (Monday), but I was not home, so the package was returned to the branch. When I contacted customer service about the situation, they assured me that another delivery attempt would be made. I've been waiting at home for a week, believing their words. However, when I contacted customer service again today, July 17, 2023 (Monday), I learned that my package had been returned by the shipping company due to waiting for more than 3 business days. Why did you leave my package at the branch instead of making another delivery attempt? Is it a proper practice to return a package without informing the recipient? Will I be able to repurchase the item at the same price in this day and age, or are you arbitrarily processing returns? I demand an immediate resolution to my distress, and I expect the sender to be contacted as soon as possible to ensure that my item arrives in my hands.
