Trendyol Vavello Aura Bedroom Set Refund Rejected And Not Delivered
On July 23, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol for the Vavello Aura bedroom set. The product was delivered both significantly delayed and incomplete. Since the items were missing, I requested a return. Additionally, Trendyol created a supply package to complete the missing parts, but this package was also never delivered to me. I would like to emphasize that all these details are clearly recorded in Trendyol’s system. Starting from August 20, I contacted Trendyol Customer Service multiple times—once a week— and filed several complaints. However, no action was taken. The seller asked me to return the product, and I did so on October 8, 2025. Despite knowing exactly what was originally sent by the seller, Trendyol rejected my return on October 18, claiming it was a “fraudulent transaction”, and my refund was not issued. Furthermore, I was never informed or provided with an explanation as to what aspect of the transaction was considered fraudulent. My order number is 10375065265. I request that Trendyol either resend my complete product or issue a full refund for the payment I made.
