I canceled my Cerebrum IQ subscription, and the cancellation was confirmed. Despite this, the app keeps charging me a monthly fee without my consent. I’ve been billed regularly every month, even though I no longer use the service and have followed all the necessary steps to terminate the subscription.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate trap. I’ve tried everything I can to stop these payments, but there’s no proper support or way to reach out and permanently end the charges. It’s as if they make it intentionally difficult for users to escape once subscribed.

I demand an immediate end to these charges and a full refund for the amounts withdrawn after my cancellation. Authorities should also look into apps like this that keep billing people against their will. This behavior needs to be stopped.
