A relative purchased baby clothes for us through the Trendyol app, but they didn't account for the correct size based on our baby's birth date, so we needed to exchange them. However, Carter's informed us that although they sell products on Trendyol, returns can only be processed through Trendyol. Essentially, despite selling their own products, they can't handle exchanges at their store, even if the items are tagged and invoiced. They suggested I return the gift to my relative and have them process the return. Anyone considering buying from Carter's should be aware of this policy.
