Received a Beach Umbrella Instead of Baby Bath Set from Trendyol



On July 2nd, I ordered a baby bath set for my baby from Trendyol. However, the seller sent me a beach umbrella instead, as shown in the photo. I contacted the seller, who sent me a return code and arranged for Aras Kargo to pick up the incorrect item from my address. But neither the courier company nor the seller nor Trendyol has followed through. It seems like Trendyol, the seller, and Aras Kargo are colluding to deceive people and take their money without providing any assistance.
Today is the last day for my return code, and Aras Kargo has not come to pick up the item, nor has Trendyol addressed the issue. As a pregnant woman, why should I have to take the seller's mistake to the courier company myself? Instead of apologizing, they are ignoring my situation. I want a refund for my order.
