Our return was denied by Trendyol for unacceptable reasons. We initiated the return process on time, but the carrier company refused to pick up the merchandise. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for assistance, we received no help or guidance. Today, we managed to take the merchandise to the carrier company's office, only to have our return denied, with the reason being that we were one day late. This delay was entirely beyond our control, as we relied on the carrier company to fulfill their responsibilities. How could we be late when we initiated the return on time, received the return code, and were never informed that the code would expire on a specific date? It feels unfair and frustrating to face such obstacles despite following all the required steps.
