Trendyol Mixed Up My Order and Refund Still Pending Despite Returning Wrong Item

I've got a bone to pick with Trendyol. I placed an order through their platform, but when I tried to request a return code for the items I wanted to send back, I hit a brick wall. The online system wouldn't display the code, leaving me unable to proceed with the return. I've tried reaching out to Trendyol customer service several times, but unfortunately, I only encountered their automated response system, which didn't help me make any progress. I tried reaching out via chat, but got no response. When I tried to reach out to a Trendyol assistant, all I received was an error message. Even after I put in the delivery code, the system couldn't find it. When I reached out to Trendyol's return shipping department, they kindly let me know that they are not associated with Trendyol and solely handle the collection of return items at the door. In a nutshell, I'm stuck with my return items and no help from Trendyol. I'm demanding a resolution and some feedback. Hopefully, this complaint will spur some action.
