CarrefourSA Unresolved Online Shopping Refund

On October 4th, I placed an order for over 221 TL worth of items from Carrefour SA, primarily pet shop products. I got an email confirming my order. After a little while, I received a text message that said, "We're getting your order ready with care." So, like 30 minutes later, I got a call from someone at the store using a 444 number, telling me that they were all out of the carbon cat litter. I was wondering about this because I saw it in the catalog and pictures. They said, "Oops, we forgot to take out the picture, and we don't have a similar one from a different brand either." What about normal trash? I said no and told them to cancel my order. When I asked about getting my money back, they said it would take about a week to process the refund. When I called again after four days, they said it hadn't been a full week yet and implied it wasn't their fault. Carrefour SA tried to sell a product they didn't actually have, which is why this happened. I really don't like how Carrefour SA has been acting. I want my problem to be fixed, and I want the money I paid on October 4th to be given back to me.

This morning at 10:47 AM, I was called and informed that my refund had been made to my card. Despite my insistence that no such payment appeared in my account transactions, I was repeatedly told that I needed to speak with my bank and that the payment had been made on October 10th. As of now, even though I have checked my accounts on the phone, this is what I was told. During the day, I called my bank and reported the situation, and it turned out that no such payment had been made.

The strange thing is that during a call with Carrefour SA today at 3:11 PM, I was first told that 175 TL (which is 221.4) had been deposited into a Kuwait bank (with which I have no connection). Subsequently, it was revealed that the payment had not been made, and I was directed to the finance center. I want my ongoing grievance, which has lasted for days, to be resolved as soon as possible and my refund to be processed.

"It is said that a resolution process has been initiated, but there will be no solution. I am just expecting a reasonable answer. The insufficient stock excuse is not a lie. If evasive answers are going to be given, no one should call. If a store does not have products like bread, yogurt, margarine, tomatoes, etc., I think it is meaningless for a large shopping center like Carrefour to remain open."
