This morning at 10:47 AM, I was called and informed that my refund had been made to my card. Despite my insistence that no such payment appeared in my account transactions, I was repeatedly told that I needed to speak with my bank and that the payment had been made on October 10th. As of now, even though I have checked my accounts on the phone, this is what I was told. During the day, I called my bank and reported the situation, and it turned out that no such payment had been made.
The strange thing is that during a call with Carrefour SA today at 3:11 PM, I was first told that 175 TL (which is 221.4) had been deposited into a Kuwait bank (with which I have no connection). Subsequently, it was revealed that the payment had not been made, and I was directed to the finance center. I want my ongoing grievance, which has lasted for days, to be resolved as soon as possible and my refund to be processed.
